Which is best for hair growth onion or garlic?

Rinse with onion and garlic juice Garlic and onion have been an age-old remedy for hair loss. The two ingredients strengthen hair follicles and prevent hair loss. Blend and strain 2 onions and 4-5 garlic cloves and extract the juice. Apply on hair and massage the scalp.

Oh, the things we do to keep our precious locks from falling out! We bet no girl finds hair loss an easy problem to deal with. Although natural and common, hair loss is the most frustrating of all hair woes. Luckily, there are some hair heroes that you can find in your kitchen cabinet which can help you fight hair loss giving you long fuller hair. One such wonder ingredient is garlic. Small and stinky, but full of goodness. Here are three useful ways to put that garlicky goodness to work for longer, fuller hair.

Rinse with onion and garlic juice

Garlic and onion have been an age-old remedy for hair loss. The two ingredients strengthen hair follicles and prevent hair loss. Blend and strain 2 onions and 4-5 garlic cloves and extract the juice. Apply on hair and massage the scalp. Leave the mixture on for 10 minutes and wash hair with shampoo as usual.

Try a garlic and honey mask

Selenium in garlic provides Vitamin E to hair which prevents breakage, hair fall and helps regrow hair. Honey on the other hand locks in moisture and conditions hair. Mince about 8 cloves of garlic and mix it with 2 tablespoons of honey to prepare a mask. Apply it onto hair and let it rest for 20 minutes. Wash off and repeat twice a week.

Massage with garlic and coconut oil

These two power ingredients help boost hair growth, rid you of dandruff and nourish hair, improving overall hair health. Crush 5-6 cloves of garlic and mix it with warm coconut oil. Pamper yourself with the hot oil massage for about half an hour so the oil seeps into the scalp. Wash hair with a mild shampoo and condition as usual.
