There’s a lot of pressure in our society, especially on women, to age gracefully. But really, what does that even mean?! Aging at all is most definitely a privilege, and the accumulation of experience and wisdom should not be feared. Looking and feeling your best as you age isn’t just about regularly using face sunscreens , it’s also a side effect of what you owe yourself to work towards anyway as you progress through your one wild and precious life: to pursue happiness and fulfillment, achieve some of your dreams, and build enriching relationships with yourself and your loved ones, all to the best that your ability and circumstances allow. However, there’s no doubt that there are some parts of the vitality of youth that you want to retain or re-capture as you get older. This can be as simple as going for a brisk walk with a friend (the exercise and social interaction will boost your mood and get your blood pumping) or using one of the best hand creams to pamper yourself. A benefit of age is the years of experience that have led you to know what makes you look your best so that you only spend your money on the best lipstick for your skin tone because you know what truly flatters you. Looking younger is about taking care of yourself, inside and out. These tips will help get you on track.
