Health Parameters, or also called Health Indicators; it is quantifiable characteristic of a population which researchers use as a supporting evidence for describing the health of a population. “Coming together is the beginning; Keeping together is process; working together is the success.” – Edvard Hale Health Parameters have always mushroomed total habitancy to a human’s health, though the parameters are used to consider health of a large population, but with the change in days & improvement in technology health parameters seem to dive in deep & share hands with day-to-day health care of the people.

On breaking down Edvard’s quote we get “Coming together is the beginning”:

Creating a database to a patient’s health parameter holds benefit to both that is to the doctor & to the patient’s.. Suppose, a diabetic patient pays a visit to the doctor and gets advised to keep a daily track over his health, and there comes the role of health parameters, how diamonds it would be to have an access over a platform on which one could easily upload his diabetic test reports which he gets over his regular test-strip based machine and the doctor sitting far in his clinic can have an eye over his patient’s report.

Further Edvard says, “Keeping up is process”;

The result which is be visible to both, to the Doctor & the patient, further to which a doctor can consider the process & prescribe the do’s & don’ts. Also, Parameters not being fixed change from patient to patient as a patient with BP problem may get advised to a check over his BP level daily, same goes with different patients with different problems.

And finally comes “working up is the success”;

All the beginning, process is initiated to reach a destination in the end called success, going all around with Health Parameters we get to understand how important is to observe all the parameters both as a patient & as a doctor. Being a doctor; it’s always important to keep a regular track over all his patients to check his efficiency and therefore, Health Parameter being a wonderful solution does it all in just one easy click. And, being a patient; Health parameter give a close & regular information to make one understand his own body dynamics better. Health Parameters don’t only end with being a database of information but also hold a hand full of applications as they have been also used as performance measurement, influence of your current diet over your health and to measure Health-Related Quality of Life (HRQoL) as well.

You can also reduce your risk of developing chronic illnesses such as diabetes, cardiovascular disease, and depression. Taking steps to build your mental fitness enhances our ability to cope with stress and improves your physical health, productivity at work, relationships, and overall happiness.
