Love and Relationships A Dummies Guide For Men Who Don’t Know How To Treat A Woman By Elsie Godwin Ever wondered why it is difficult for another to treat a fellow human being right? Below are easy guidelines to help you:… Ever wondered why it is difficult for another to treat a fellow human being right? While some may choose to ponder on these, it might interest you to know that as surprising as it sounds, there are men who genuinely do not know how to treat a woman.

Below are easy guidelines to help you:

Treat her like a human being “with a touch of extra”

As much as some would prefer not to admit for the sake of patriachy, almost everyone can admit that there is a “spoiling silly” gesture that comes with loving a person in a special way. This translates to treating the one you want with love and care. Now apply that with a touch of extra and go out of your way to make her smile.

Be thoughtful and sensitive

Yes, there are times men make comments such as “we are not magicians to know what you want; women need to say these things.” Yet, there is a general agreement that the heart grows fonder on thoughtful gestures. Don’t wait until she says them. Pick up conscious and unconscious signals. It might take a while but trust the process.

Compliment her

Men may not know this but there are women who are tired of being told how beautiful they look. But not from the one person they love or the one person they really want to hear it from. Go all out, notice the little things – hair, makeup, shoes, earrings, styling. Also, make sure they are sincere.

Listen and Communicate

There are postulations that men don’t take the thoughts and opinion of their women seriously. Because they have a different makeup and motive, they do not realise that a woman craves and deserves attention. She wants to know that you care about her entirety; her career, friends, opinions, emotions, fears and ambitions. Show that you are thoughtful and sensitive by listening, contributing and communicating.

Respect

Respecting her means respecting yourself as well. Respect her dignity. A man who respects his woman would never cheat on her. Respect her decisions. Respect her needs and wants. The level of respect you have for your woman will be evident in the way to treat and communicate with her and about her.

All that pretty sums it all up.

What are the weakest parts of a man?

5 Common Weak Spots in Men—and How to Fix Them Lower back. Doesn't matter if you're 25 years old or pushing 50—chances are you've experienced some kind of lower-back pain over the course of your life. ... Hamstrings. Tight hammies? ... Calf muscles. Next time someone comments on your chicken legs, blame biology. ... Shoulders. ... Knees.

Spending time at the gym performing strength-training exercises is important to build muscle and strength, but, unfortunately, tackling weakness in the body is not so black-and-white. The problem: Our bodies naturally have some spots that are tougher to develop and maintain than others—and can vary based upon your gender. While men typically build muscle more easily than women (because they have more testosterone), men are naturally less flexible, and that can lead to problems (see: tight hamstrings, slide two). Furthermore, men tend to carry more fat around their midsections and have difficulty developing abs partially because they hold onto more visceral fat, whereas women tend to store more fat in the thighs and buttocks region (thanks to biology/pregnancy purposes). But, there is some common (weak) ground between men and women: People in general often neglect or skip training certain parts of the body (like the calves) which can make them a weak spot. These problem areas may not only be harder to strengthen, but can also lead to other pain and problems in your body. Here, Jim White, owner of Jim White Fitness and Nutrition Studios in Virginia Beach, explains which spots are the most troublesome for men (based upon research and/or his experience working with clients), and what you might be able to do about them.
